Oh god....Time needs to get itself a Beetle and slow the hell down.

I’ve been alive for two whole decades. Is it weird that I think that’s weird?

And I got my one wish yesterday as well. The timing belt hasn’t failed. I got the car to run for a solid 5 minutes somehow and there was no sign of belt failure. The repair work and trans fluid change continues tomorrow.

Well, if I have anyone to thank for making it 20 years, it’s my awesome parents and family, for giving me a life, home, food, and a liking for cars. My friends, for keeping me sane and helping me further advance my hobby. And yes, thank you, Oppo, for pretty much being Oppo. You’ve kept me from doing stupid things in the past (trying to taking out a loan for a $3k Porsche, almost selling an airsoft rifle on the west side of Detroit, some other dumb things I might have done had you not told me otherwise, I can’t remember...).

So yes, thanks much!
